Delete Train Brain Data
Delete from the app
Connect to the internet, open Train Brain, go to Settings, and tap DELETE ALL GAME DATA. This deletes local progress and settings, the anonymous Firebase identity, multiplayer membership, and matching player data in active rooms. Google Play purchase records remain with Google and can be restored.
If you cannot open the app
Email gyg252524@gmail.com with the subject “Train Brain data deletion request.” Include your multiplayer player name and any recent room code you remember. Do not send passwords or payment information. We may need limited details to locate pseudonymous records.
Multiplayer rooms are intended to expire after 24 hours. Abuse reports may be retained for up to 24 months for safety and fraud prevention.
