Train Brain: Track Puzzle
Last Updated: August 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Train Brain: Track Puzzle ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information processed when you play our game.
Summary: We do not require your real name, email address, physical address, or phone number to play. Game progress is stored locally. Multiplayer, advertising, and purchase services process pseudonymous identifiers needed to provide those features.
1. Information We Collect and Process
When you use the App, certain information may be processed automatically or stored locally on your device:
- Local Gameplay Data: Level completion stars, points, unlocked train skins, backgrounds, audio settings, and streaks are stored entirely in your device's local storage.
- Multiplayer Matchmaking Data: When creating or joining an online multiplayer room, Firebase creates a pseudonymous account identifier. Your chosen player name, avatar choice, room membership, reports, and challenge state are synchronized with Google Cloud Firestore.
- Device & Diagnostics Data: Third-party SDKs may automatically receive device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / AAID), device model, operating system version, and general crash or performance logs.
2. Third-Party Services & Monetization
The App integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
-
Google AdMob & Google Play Services: Used to display advertisements and rewarded bonus videos. Google AdMob may process your device's Advertising ID and approximate network location to serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance.

-
RevenueCat & Google Play In-App Billing: Used to securely process and validate in-app purchases (such as the Battle Pass). Financial payment details (such as credit cards) are handled directly by Google Play and are never received or stored by us.
RevenueCat Privacy Policy
-
Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore & Auth): Used for anonymous authentication and real-time room matchmaking in multiplayer mode.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Train Brain is designed for a general audience (ages 13 and older). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can immediately delete such data.
4. Data Retention, Control, and Deletion
You have full control over your gameplay data:
- In-App Deletion: Open Settings and tap "DELETE ALL GAME DATA". While online, this deletes local progress, settings, the anonymous Firebase identity, multiplayer membership, and matching player data in active rooms. Google Play purchase records remain with Google and can be restored.
- Uninstalling: Android backup is disabled for Train Brain. Removing the app erases its local application storage; uninstalling alone may not remove transient server records.
- Retention: Multiplayer rooms are intended to expire after 24 hours. Abuse reports may be kept for up to 24 months where needed for safety, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
- Web Deletion Request: See our data deletion page if you cannot access the in-app deletion control.
5. Multiplayer Community Safety
Player names must not contain hate speech, sexual content, threats, harassment, impersonation, or personal contact information. Cheating and attempts to disrupt rooms are prohibited. The app provides a name filter and a Report & block action in multiplayer rooms. Blocking hides that player's name on your device, while reports are sent for review. See the Community Guidelines.
6. Security of Your Data
All network communication between the App and third-party cloud services (Google Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat) is encrypted in transit using standard Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS) protocols.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates.
